London Session Terms and Conditions

By booking a London Photo Session, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:

Cancellation:

Your payment is fully refundable when canceled at least 14 days before your scheduled shoot date, 75% refundable when canceled within 7-13 days of your shoot date, and 50% refundable (therefore your deposit won’t be returned) when canceled 72 hours-6 days before your shoot date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot date are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Beyond the cancellation policy outlined above, no refunds are given unless photographs are not able to be delivered by the photographer.

Weather policy:

Sessions cannot be rescheduled due to inclement weather, but shoot location may need to be altered. In the case of severe inclement weather in which safety is a concern, arrangements will be made to reschedule the shoot.

Lateness:

In the case of a late arrival to your session, the photographer will wait 15 minutes after the agreed start time. After 15 minutes, additional wait time will be taken out of appointment time and number of photos produced. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. Refunds won’t be given for lateness or no-shows.

Payment terms:

Your 50% deposit reserves your date and time for your shoot. The final 50% will be charged to your card 72 hours before your shoot date. An email reminder will be sent to you before the card is charged. If canceled within 72 hours of your shoot date, the client will still be liable for the remaining 50% of the total fee, as per the cancellation policy.
