With over 2 million followers across our social media channels, we create digital travel guides, itineraries, and planning resources that cut through the tourist-trap noise. The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Founder and multiple team members across a range of tasks. This is a varied role that spans customer service, content production, and general admin, perfect for someone who’s highly organised, takes pride in doing things well, and is comfortable switching between tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service

  • Handling inbound customer emails for our digital travel guide products twice per day (M-F)
  • Responding to queries using provided templates and guidelines, maintaining a friendly, on-brand tone
  • Escalating issues where appropriate

Content & Design Support

  • Creating PDFs and social media assets in Canva
  • Producing visuals that are consistently on-brand

WordPress & SEO

  • Taking finished article copy and uploading it to WordPress
  • Researching and sourcing appropriate images, and creating helpful screenshots for articles
  • Adding SEO metadata, tags, and other on-page optimisation elements

General Admin

  • Supporting the team with ad hoc admin tasks as they arise
  • Keeping files and projects organised across our tool stack

Tools You’ll Need Existing Experience With

  • Asana
  • Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Claude (for productivity and day-to-day tasks)
  • Dropbox
  • Canva
  • WordPress

You’re a Great Fit if You…

  • Are self-sufficient and can manage your own workload without constant check-ins
  • Have excellent written English and an eye for detail
  • Are comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across a small team
  • Have above-basic knowledge of London and Paris (you’ll need to have visited both at least once)
  • Have experience supporting a founder or small business
  • Are interested in travel, content, or digital products (a bonus, not a must)

Time commitment: 20 hours per week, with potential to increase that. You will need to be able to do two email “checks” for customer service queries, in the morning and the late afternoon (UK time, M-F).

Location: Remote, you just need to be able to have some overlap with UK time zone

Rate: £12-14/hour
