Even though the weather is starting to warm up here in London (very, VERY slowly) lots of us are still traveling to places where we’ll need to pack thick clothing items like sweaters and jackets. They are the WORST to pack– they take up so much room, especially if you’re trying to travel carry-on only.
This week’s Youtube video shows you my secret to packing those thick items in your suitcase without having them take up your entire bag. Click the image above to watch the video and learn how I do it!

Hi! We are an American family (mom, dad, and two kiddos 8 and 11). We are going to be in London for 2 weeks this summer 2016. I have learned about the Oyster card… And I have also heard that there is an option for tourists to add to the Oyster card addmisions to many of the sites we want to visit (The Tower, Westminster, etc). This addition to the Oyster card allows us to stand in fewer lines, not have to buy individual tickets and saves money… What is this? Is it a good idea for us, as we will be visiting an insane amount of places?
I have really appreciated the advice you have provided on your YouTube videos, and I am hoping you can help us with this. Thank you so much!
Jennifer
Hi Jennifer, thanks so much for watching! I think you’re talking about the London pass: http://fave.co/1pYiBx3 If you’re going to be seeing lots of sights, I think it’s worth it (however I’ve never used it, to be honest). It’s very popular here though if you’re hitting the big tourist spots, and you can add Oyster travel onto the card. Hope that helps, have a great time, I hope you have lovely weather 🙂
